Workshops will commence again about two weeks after 1st syawal.

I can begin as early as 10th September so please do contact me if you would like to book for a workshop.
Other favourable dates that i am open to are,
(tentatively, subject to change if anything comes up and there are no prior bookings)
17th September
1st October
8th October
15th October
22nd October
29th October

If you had read postings i made earlier, i do accomodate special requests.
So please feel free to let me know if you are interested in any particular design and i will try my best to assist you making it yourself.

i am also planning to introduce short duration workshops.
The duration is two hours and fee is RM60 inclusive of enough materials for a small project like a pair of earrings or pendant.

This would be great for crafters who have limited time but would like to give wire jewelry a go :)

please contact me for further details.

CRAFT 3 PLUS , Jul 30th - KHADIJAH

Another special request by another crafter.

CRAFT 3 PLUS , Jul 30th - SHARIFAH

This craft 3 PLUS is requested by a crafter. She loved the Amora Pearls Brooch and wanted  to learn to make this together with Charming Life Bracelet.
I only accept special requests such as this only from crafters who has already have basic wire jewelry making basic.
She was able to almost complete the bracelet (she needed to finish another 3 charms at home) on top of completing the brooch..all within 4 hours!
Fantastic!

CRAFT 10, Jul 30th - LISA

these colorful beautiful bracelets made by our "guest" crafter, Haley :)

Handmade Wire Jewelry Workshop : ELEVYN-UNHCR, Jul 26th

Jul 26th was the last day of my work with the girls from the refugee centre.
I did some final walk thru on what we have done from the beginning and the possibilities if they continue to practice and develop the techniques i have taught them.

Apart from wire jewelry, we did some some needlecraft too and below is the beginning of a simple "baju" for them to try out and do.
The pink top below, made by esther.

mary with her baby joseph. when we began, mary was just days from delivery and look at the baby now!

Tang li too was also days from delivery when we began and this is Thomas!

we started with many and these 3 women are the last standing. We would have finished with four girls but Ling Yau was caught by an enforcer and because she does not posses an UNHCR card, i was told she will be deported.
She is currently placed in Kajang prison.
Luckily her children were not with her and now they are cared for by the Dai community. Her 3 children are  between the ages of 7 and 11 years old.

WE are very privileged. We belong to a country who recognises us as their citizen.
We have freedom of religion,
freedom of speech,
freedom to live as how we want to.

There are many reasons why people need to run from their home country.
Being oppressed is one of the reasons.
It can even be stay and die eventually or run to stay alive.
The refugees just needed a chance to begin again.

Please help support the cause.
